No Refund Policy

All sales are final

All payments made to FloorQuoter are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to any paid plan, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, change of mind, or non-use of the service.

No refunds for partial months

We do not provide refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan. No prorated refunds will be issued.

Free plan

FloorQuoter offers a free plan with a monthly quota so you can evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription. No payment details are required to use the free plan. We encourage you to fully test FloorQuoter before upgrading. Once you choose to subscribe, all payments are final.

Billing disputes

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us at info@egeninnovations.com within fourteen days of the charge. We will review genuine billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges) on a case-by-case basis, but this does not constitute a general refund policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again, but no refund will be issued for the current period.

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is where we are legally required to provide a refund under applicable UK or EU consumer protection law. In all other cases, this no refund policy applies in full.
