FloorQuoter is operated by EGEN Innovations Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. We provide a SaaS quoting tool designed for flooring businesses.

What data we collect

We collect the information you provide when using FloorQuoter, including:

• Account information: your name, email address, and company name.
• Quote data: job addresses, room measurements, material selections, and customer details that you enter into quotes.
• Payment information: we use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your card details ourselves - Stripe handles that securely.
• Usage data: how you interact with the app, feature usage, and diagnostic logs to help us improve the service.
• Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and optional analytics cookies to understand how people use the site.

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide the FloorQuoter service and maintain your account.
• Send transactional emails such as quote confirmations and password resets.
• Process your subscription payments via Stripe.
• Improve our product based on how people use it.

AI features

Our AI agent and voice note features use third-party services. Voice notes are transcribed via OpenAI Whisper and the text is processed by Anthropic Claude to extract quote data. The original audio is not stored after transcription.

Xero integration

If you connect your Xero account, quote data is sent to Xero only when you explicitly choose to push an invoice. We do not access your Xero data beyond what is necessary for this integration.

Advertising and analytics

We use Meta Pixel to track signups and plan upgrades. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our advertising. Meta may collect data according to their own privacy policy.

Where we store your data

Your data is stored on Supabase (EU region) and Lovable Cloud. Both providers use industry-standard security measures.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is deleted.

Our lawful basis for processing personal data is contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for) and legitimate interests (to improve the product and prevent fraud).

US state privacy laws

For users in the United States, we comply with applicable state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
