Service description

FloorQuoter is a SaaS quoting tool built for flooring businesses. It helps you create, manage, and send professional quotes to your customers, including calculations for materials, cutting plans, and fitter worksheets.

Operator

FloorQuoter is operated by EGEN Innovations Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and using FloorQuoter for business purposes. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

Subscription and billing

FloorQuoter offers several subscription plans, which are described on our pricing page. Key points:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• New accounts receive a 14-day free trial.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use FloorQuoter to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service.
• Use the AI agent to attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.

AI features

Outputs from the AI agent and voice builder are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying quote accuracy before sending quotes to your customers or pushing them to accounting software.

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into FloorQuoter, including customer details, quotes, and pricing. We process this data solely to provide the service to you. We do not sell your data.

Xero integration

If you connect Xero, you are responsible for ensuring your Xero account settings (such as VAT rates and account codes) are correct. FloorQuoter is not liable for accounting errors arising from incorrect Xero configuration.

Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Free plans do not include an SLA. We will communicate planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in behaviour that harms the service or other users. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EGEN Innovations Ltd's liability is limited to the amount you paid for FloorQuoter in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by English law for users in the United Kingdom, and Delaware law for users in the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of those jurisdictions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FloorQuoter after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
